9. The electrical part of the maintenance checks:
1) First check the fuse is blown.( total power: 220V/10A  1).
2) If the fuse blows, do not rush to new ones to check out the reason.
3)Check the two switching power supply output is normal, if abnormal, should be immediately shut off the main power supply.
4)Check the electrical components, wiring and other loose, fall off, short circuit, should be promptly repaired.
5)Computers, data acquisition boards, data conditioning board, etc. do not fix it. If you have any questions contact the factory.
6)Calibrated once each year on the accuracy of platinum resistance temperature (with the factory to get in touch).
7)Panel buttons in case of damage, spare parts replaced as is available to the user, can not be inserted in the wrong.

10. Note:
1)Machine If you have any questions, should be turned off to prevent the failure to expand.

Application
1.Moving Die Rheometer is widely used to determine the optimum rubber vulcanization time.

How to maintain Moving Die Rheometer?

I.Moving Die Rheometer mechanical parts
1.The inside and outside of the instrument must be kept clean. Do not use corrosive solution or gasoline to clean the instrument surface.
2.Every one or two weeks use a soft cloth with oil cleaning two guide post; every month add oil to the bearing, add lubricating oil wear section; if no use for a long time, in the upper and lower mold surface coated with lubricating oil;
3.Each time to finish the test, clean  rubber residue in the mold cavity, to keep the mold cavity cleaning
4.No Rotor Rheometer pneumatic parts should be use kerosene clean after working every 3 months.
5.Pressure gauges identified every 6 months
6.The atomized lubricator should be kept oiled and added to 2/3 height. 

II.No Rotor Rheometer electrical parts
1.If Moving Die Rheometer failure, first check whether the fuse broken, if broken, should first analysis of what causes, to find out why,then change new fuse.
2.When the fuses are intact, and then check whether the connector loosen.
3.Check whether the switching power supply meets the nominal value, that is, the output should be +5 V, +12 V, if any abnormal, immediately turn off power.

5.The consumable parts of the printer should be changed frequently.
6.Moving Die Rheometer must be energized once a week if long time no use ,charge time not more than 15 minutes, in order to keep the electronic components in a normal state.
7.Circuit board, testing control module users generally do not split, there should be maintenance once have problems.
8.Do not touch the integrated circuit chip on the printed circuit board to avoid electrostatic breakdown!
